About Me

My journey in nutrition and fitness began in 2013 when I was diagnosed with hypertension and I was considered morbidly obese. I weighed over 245 pounds and my blood pressure averaged 150/105. I began working with a nutritionist and a personal trainer, one year later I lost over 60 pounds and my blood pressure dropped to 120/80. All the health benefits realized led me to pursue a career in health and fitness where I could help others achieve similar results. I enrolled at the National Personal Training Institute and after graduation I obtained my Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition. I have been working with clients over the past 5 years helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. I use lab tests, consultation forms, and personalized assessments to create a personalized program for each of my clients.
